It started snowing on Christmas eve and also Christmas day it has been 25 yrs since it actually snowed on Christmas!!

I got my table ready (minus the food) my mom crocheted the Angel in my sleigh!!

Eggnog cheesecake and Pumpkin Rice Crispy Treats!!

 The gingerbread rice crispy treats were so good I decided to make the pumpkin spice rice crispy treats to!! I ate some off the spoon and they are super delicious!!

For my child who hates pie, I made an eggnog cheese cake for dessert along with our pumpkin pie. I decided to make it in a 13 X 9 pan because I have a lid that snaps on and it makes it easy to store in the fridge.

Gingerbread Cookies!!

Got the gingerbread cookies made!! I put crystallized ginger on top of the round ones!!

Christmas Present!!

I knitted this hat for my husband for Christmas!! Hope he likes it!! Had to hurry up and slip it over a vase so I could get a quick photo.

Moms Quilt is done!!

Heres the quilt!! I laid it out on my bed to get the photos. Don't look at the mess. I took everything off the bed so I could take the photos.

Here is the pretty box I got at Joanns to put the quilt in and mail it off. Its supposed to make it there on Christmas Eve, I'm crossing my fingers it makes it there.

Grandbaby Holiday Photos!!

Here's my sweet grand daughter Adela. I loved the pretty dress they picked for her and those adorable pig tails!! My daughter in law is Navajo and they also had her photos taken in beautiful Navajo clothing.

Gingerbread Rice Crispy Treats!!

I decided to make rice crispy treats with the new gingerbread marshmallows. They are an 8 oz bag so I used 2 bags and made them extra marshmallowy!!

Making Holiday Cookies!!

I have been baking away filling my holiday tins!! Made sugar cookies and white chocolate macadamia cookies. Some are going to be gifts and some for us. I am still working on my almond snowball cookies!!
I will also be making gingerbread cookies to!!

Quilt top done!!

 Here is my quilt top!! The top and backing are done now. I need to put it all together.
The backing is feed sacks all stitched together except for the one darker purple piece which matches the border fabric. I had to spread it out on the living room floor to get the photo.

Quilt Top Almost Ready!!

I got the top almost done!! I have to put the outside border on to make it larger!! Tomorrow I will be adding the backing and quilting it together!! My husband was standing on the stool to hold it up for me!!

Mom just might get it before Christmas after all!!
