Cherry Tree!!

We framed and screened the Cherry tree today so the birds won't eat them all. If you can zoom in you will be able to see the netting. I can't wait for all those cherries to start turning red!!

I have been so busy!!! I'm taking summer college classes 6 of them, what was I thinking?? I am working on my flower blog hop creation and many Patriotic and even some Halloween items!! I will be posting them all!! My flowers are just starting to bloom so I will showing some of those photos also!!

Here is my baby running she is the one in white she placed second in her 800m medley relay they are sixth in the entire United States!! They placed 4th in their other races!!!

Cherry Tree is blooming!! and seedlings are sprouting!!

My Cherry Tree is blooming!! It seemed like this happened over night. We planted her 12 years ago the summer we moved into our house. She almost died from a type of pest fruit trees get but we nursed her back to health!!

 I planted sweet basil, dill and one other but for the life of me I can't seem to remember at the moment.

 I planted 2 hostas last year, my neighbor down the street has a huge one under her tree that comes back every year so I asked her what type it was so I could plant one under my Apple tree and one has came back so far!!

 I planted pumpkin seeds below so far 3 are sprouting!!

My raspberry bush I put in last year is coming back just waiting to see if the blueberry bush will also.


I have been working on so many new projects!! I will be posting them starting tomorrow!!

Youngest Daughter Going to State Track Championship!!

 Please ignore all the mess in the background. I wished I would have straightened up before the picture was taken.

The youngest of my four children is Alyssa she is a junior. She has been running track since middle school. She won the four medals at her last track meet. She came is first place for her 400 m, 4X100 m, 4X200 m, and Medley relay. They qualified for state in all 4 races. She and her relay team will be going to State Championships in Denver they are leaving this afternon. They will be there for three days!! We are so proud of her!!!

Planted some of my Mother's Day Flowers!!

This is the top of my back yard!! The grass is just starting to green and my trees are still getting there leaves it feels like spring is so behind this year.

 My two shrubs in the bottom photo still look like sticks.

 I'm going to add some petunias around the edge of the pot, but I have to go get some.

 I have two of these baskets they hang on both sides of the garage door but I don't have the little garden display on the other side so I only took this photo.

Please ignore the mess on the porch I have been cleaning it up and still need more flowers for my other pots. My husband has been working on the porch, if you noticed the unpainted wood above the posts

I still have 4 more plants to go I'm not sure where I'm putting them yet. Decisions Decisions.

I make all kinds of birds and wanted to make a new Rooster!!  Since summer is approaching I wanted to create a few Americana items!!

 I decided to try something new for the Eagles feet and beak, I normally use a solid wool felt like the rooster above.
