White Chocolate Fudge!!

Here is my White Chocolate Fudge recipe!!

2 - 12 ounce bags white chocolate chips
1 - 13 ounce marshmallow cream
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (macadamia)

9 X 9 inch dish buttered lightly

Mix white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream in microwave safe bowl.

Melt butter in a sauce pan on low heat, add milk and sugar, heat to boiling for 5 minutes.

Pour over white chocolate mixture and add vanilla. Stir until white chocolate starts to melt then place in the microwave for 45 seconds then stir real well and then microwave for another 40 seconds. Mix in nuts then pour into pan.

I place my pan in the freezer over night then cut into squares (it helps it to firm quickly and cut more easily). It can be stored in an airtight container.

I will be listing my eggnog fudge next week!!
