Leafs me happy Blog Hop!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited!! Today is my day to show my Leafs me happy creation!! Many thanks to Madame Samm of Sew We Quilt for the exciting Hop and Cherry of Cherry Blossoms Quilting Studio for hosting all the fun!!

I love leaves!! I have them everywhere in my house. They are on pillows, shower curtains, candy dishes and even framed leaves. I wanted to do something for Thanksgiving!! Here are my leaf fabrics. I wanted to use only fabrics with leaves on them.

Leafs a Gobble Gobbling is my block!!
I used my own turkey pattern that I normally stuff and just made it flat. I enjoyed using my machine to applique it since I need lots of practice!!  That's why I love doing the Blog Hops it gets me doing more than just making dolls!!

Here is my finished 12.5 block!! I love doing these one block designs. I have been hanging them on the fridge!! Now I'm the one saying "look at my new creation" to the kids like they used to do with their latest artwork.

Here are all the creative ladies posting today!! Be sure to go and visit them all!!
